How do I know if the battery is low?Govee Home App will send you a notification when the battery is low, so you can replace it in time.
How does the button sensor work?Pressing the button sends a signal to connected Govee devices via Bluetooth, triggering actions like turning lights on/off or adjusting brightness.
Does H5122 require Wi-Fi to work?No. The button sensor uses Bluetooth to connect to your Govee devices. However, for remote control, you will need a Govee Wi-Fi Hub (sold separately).
Can I use it in a high-traffic area?Yes. The button sensor is durable and can be used in high-traffic areas, but ensure it's securely mounted to avoid accidental presses.
Can I customize the button's function?Yes. You can customize the button's function in Govee Home App, such as turning devices on/off, adjusting brightness, or activating scenes.
Can I share access to the button sensor with family members?No. Currently only Wi-Fi devices support device sharing
